Bane Triumphs In A New THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Poster

Warner Bros. has released a new poster for the highly anticipated third film in Christopher Nolan's BATMAN trilogy, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. This poster teases with imagery that should be familiar to fans of the comic books. It features Bane walking away from a smashed cowl, evoking the classic scene in the comics in which Bane literally breaks Batman's back. Is this poster hinting at a similar scene that we will see in the movie? Or at Batman's demise by the trilogy's end?
THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is due out in theaters on July 20, 2012.
