Fresnadillo In Talks To Direct HIGHLANDER

Juan Carlos Fresnadillo is in talks to direct Summit Entertainment reboot of the 1986 film HIGHLANDER, according to Deadline.
Summit has been searching for a director the helm the picture ever since Justin Lin dropped out to make the sixth installment of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS.
The project appears to be underway. Melissa Rosenberg has taken a pass at the script, penned by IRON MAN writers Art Macum and Matt Holloway. Neal Moritz and Peter Davis are producing.
