Kids of the 90s (and kids at heart), prepare to be thrilled: Entertainment Weekly reports that TeenNick will begin airing repeats of classic Nickelodeon shows like RUGRATS, ALL THAT, and CLARISSA EXPLAINS IT ALL during a midnight-to-2 a.m. programming block named - appropriately - THE 90s ARE ALL THAT.
The network came up with the idea after seeing the shows recently resurge in popularity on social media sites.
Here's what Keith Dawkins, senior VP and general manager of TeenNick, had to say about going retro:
"At the time, we were completely devoted to that audience ages 9, 10, and 11... It was ground-breaking and for the young viewers, a powerful and pivotal time in their lives. Those kids who are now 22, 23 and 24 want to bring that back."
