According to Joystiq, Activision's CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS has become the U.S.'s best-selling game in history, maintaining its spot atop the NPD software chart to which it has laid claim since the game's November release.
While we don't have exact number for how many copies Activision has sold, we do know that its predecessor in the best-seller category, WII PLAY, sold 13 million as of October. We also know that BLACK OPS sold a record 5.6 million in the U.S. and U.K. on its release date.
Once the number comes out, you can bet it's going to be astronomical.
