Variety reports that Fox has won the bidding war for the big-screen adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's novel ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER.
Pre-production on the project is already underway. The studio is aiming for a 2012 release.
Tim Burton is producing the film, with Timur Bekmambetov directing from a script by Grahame-Smith.
VAMPIRE HUNTER will be shot in 3D.
