Guybrush Threepwood Is In THE FORCE UNLEASHED II?

While you may still have to wait a little bit longer for the next episode in the The Force Unleashed franchise, we at least get a bit of good news this morning - as everyone's favorite swashbuckler, Guybrush Threepwood, is ready to lend his persona to the new Star Wars game.

IGN got the first pic of Mr.Threepwood. Check it out:

Here's a pleasant slice of fan service for long-serving admirers of Lucasarts – Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is to get a starring cameo from Monkey Island lead Guybrush Threepwood.

The news comes via shots from The Force Unleashed II's official Facebook page, revealing that Threepwood's model will be available as what looks like a player skin in the third person action game.

The addition of Guybrush is a nice touch. But, I guess the bigger question is: Is there going to be more Lucas Arts characters making an appearance? I sure hope so.
