Len Wiseman To Direct TOTAL RECALL Remake

Len Wiseman, best known for producing, writing, and directing the UNDERWORLD franchise, is in negotiations to direct a remake of the 1990 sci-fi thriller TOTAL RECALL.
According to Heat Vision, a new script is being written by Kurt Wimmer, with Neal Moritz producing for Columbia.
The original film, based on the Philip K. Dick story WE CAN REMEMBER IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE, starred Arnold Schwarzenegger as a construction worker who comes to believe he is a secret agent and travels to Mars to discover who erased his memory and why.
