Lara Croft Way Opens To Traffic

Meanwhile, in England...a street named after TOMB RAIDER heroine Lara Croft has opened to traffic, according to the BBC.

Last year, residents of Derby voted on the name of a new street that would improve the area's traffic flow. 89% of those polled voted to name the street after Lara Croft, who was originally created by the Derby-based game studio Core Design.

"Lara Croft Way" beat out other Derby icons in the poll, including engineer George Sorocold and footballer Steve Bloomer.
