Shaun White And Shani Davis Serve Up Olympic Gold

They call him "The Flying Tomato." They call him "Red Zeplin."  They call him the best halfpipe snowboarder in Olympic history. Shaun White has won the Pipe Gold again.

Putting on a show when he didn't even have to, Shaun White capped his gold-medal night on the halfpipe with his signature trick Wednesday -- the dangerous, spiraling Double McTwist 1260 during a victory lap that will go down as nothing short of epic.

Shani was the first black skater to make the Olympic team in US history in 2002 and in 2006 became the first African American to win gold for the US during the winter games.  And the Chicago native has done it again.   Shani Davis is the 2010 1,000 meter long track gold medalist.

With a furious kick on the final lap Wednesday, Davis stuck his skate across the line and won his second straight Olympic title in 1,000-meter speedskating, the first skater to win this event twice at the Winter Games.

"That race depleted me 100 percent," he said. "I never want to leave anything on the track."
