Amidst the epic tide of announcements coming out of the recent Consumer Electronics Show (CES), there's bound to be some that slide under the rug. Check out the Airnergy Charger, which generates electricity just by tugging on WiFi signals. On the showroom floor demo, it powered a Blackberry from 30% to full power in approximately 90 minutes.
Let that soak in, then add this: RCA plans to have a USB charger available in the summer for $40 and a battery with the WiFi harveting technology soon after.
