Kotaku reports that Sony has unveiled a paid music subscription service that will soon be available to European PS3 owners.

For a fee, subscribers will have access to millions of songs via Music Unlimited, which will be able to stream music through the Playstation console as well as other Sony devices.

The service will launch later this year, but it will be limited to European users. It is unclear at this time whether or not Sony has plans to bring the service to North America and Japan.
