Another Short But Sweet WALKING DEAD Clip (We are grateful but sad...)

With Halloween approaching fast (not fast enough) you'd like to think that we'd be seeing more TV spots, posters, skywritings, and messages written on the moon for AMC's The Walking Dead, you know that show that will change the history of television? But instead we are left scavenge the interwebs for scraps thanks to these sporadic short clips. Don't get me wrong, I'll take anything they give me. I'd be happy paying to see a 3 second clip Robert Kirkman trimming his beard with and "AMC Originals Beard Trimmer". Now I know the show will have some level of success, I just don't want to see something with this much potential go the way of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
So, this new clip highlights Rick's rude awakening in the Hospital. It should be enough to keep the rabid fans fed till October.
Share your thoughts. Is this enough? Will the show's success rely on marketing, or will the fan base alone carry it to victory?
