FANTASY HOOPS: PLAYIN’ SOME PICK-UP

Here’s my take on the players fantasy owners are adding and dropping the most. (Change in Ownership Percentages via CBS Sports leagues), courtesy of theFantasyGeek.com

Hot Commodities

Quentin Richardson (up 21%) – His value goes up and down like a yo-yo. Q had three big scoring games in a row, so people are fawning over him. I won’t say don’t because the time I do that is the time he stays hot for good.

"If he dies, he dies." When did the Pistons sign Dolph Lundgren?

Will Bynum (up 14%) – People are grabbing at “The Other Bynum” because Rodney Stuckey might possibly miss some time with a neurological issue. In his first start in for Stuck, the “WB Kid” got 12 points and 11 assists…what a Looney Tune!

Jonas Jerebko (up 11%) – The rookie is back over 30 mpg and getting his fair share of points and rebounds. His name ain’t easy to pronounce, but if that bothers you, pick him up anyway and call him JJ!

Cold Product

Sergio Rodriguez (down 11%) – Told ya D’Antoni was all about the flavor of the week. Sergio now sits, while T-Mac hobbles around at the point.

Robin Lopez (down 11%) – The PT and, hence, the production have been down lately. This is one Robin that isn’t flying high these days.

Omri Casspi (down 9%) – Oy! This Israeli product hit a wall, lost his starting job, and is doing little to justify being on your roster right now.
