The I-Pad Accessories have begun...

Macally brings us the ViewStand, one of the first entries in the inevitable new I-Pad accessory industry. It's an interesting design solution to the one of the issues with slate computing -- it's flat and a little awkward to use. The only problem I see is that when you're toting around an accessory like this, the whole experience starts to become more inconvenient and just having a netbook or even a Mac Book Air makes more sense.
Converting the slate experience to another experience seems to defeat the purpose of the slate, no?
