We've seen the leaked introduction to the highly anticipated Nintendo/ eam Ninja mash up, Metroid: Other M. Now we get our first look at some of its side-scrolling game play. And what can I say besides that it looks phenomenal.
At first, it was a strange thought that the development crew responsible for the Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive franchises could even come close to matching the feeling that we've come to know from the Metroid saga. But alas, here we are with a game that looks as magical as Metroid Prime. It may not be a completely repackaged concept, but it's certainly innovative in the fact that you can jump from a 2D perspective to a first person camera view.
