The God Of Thunder Meets S.H.I.E.L.D. In THOR

For those wondering what kind of connection audiences would see in Kenneth Branaugh's THOR to the rest of the Marvel-produced films, it didn't take long for an answer.  With the first week of shooting already down, Variety brings more news of the crossover between the rest of the rest of the Marvel Universe with Thor.

 A regular on CBS' sitcom "The New Adventures of Old Christine," [Clark] Gregg will reprise his role from "Iron Man" as Agent Coulson in "Thor."

The character is the latest to appear in multiple Marvel productions as the comicbook company's film division preps for the eventual production of "The Avengers," which unites Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Captain America and Thor in one pic. Marvel has been keen on brokering deals with actors to make sure auds will recognize characters when they crossover and appear in its other films.

Gregg's Agent Coulson also will return in the upcoming "Iron Man 2."
