Sundance 2010 Goes Live!

For those of you still whining that you couldn't make it to Park City, Utah this year ("the economy" this and "my boss is mean" that) mope no more! ... or at least a little less... because the Sundance Film Festival has taken to the Internet and this year it's going live!
With the influx of live streaming events online, it's hard to feel like a credible event without geeking out a little bit and offering yourself to a real-time online audience. And I, for one, am glad that Sundance felt the pressure.
The only bummer here is that it's not a 24/7 live stream (would it kill them to put up a webcam so we can creep the streets of Park City at 3am each day?). It goes live at various times throughout the ten day Festival, so you have to keep checking back to make sure you don't miss anything. But I encourage you to do so.
To check it out, head on over to The Festival Page. Or, if you want to be way ahead of the game, watch it via Clicker
(the "TV Guide for Online Video"). The cool thing about Clicker is that by typing "Sundance Film Festival 2010" into the search bar, you'll find a slough of related Sundance content to keep you busy while you wait for that live stream to activate!
So chill. You saved yourself a flight and you're not missing out as much as you thought you were. Everybody wins!
