So I guess you guys saw that article about a group of girls in Gloucester MA who had a pregnancy pact, only they didn't, and the whole thing became another "girls are too stupid to be trusted to have sex" campaign instead of a "maybe if we, oh, I don't know, taught something other than abstinence we wouldn't have Nancy Travis Butterfacing Me?"

See I'm all for movies about how we need more sex ed. And Camryn Manheim is a really cool lady who campaigned hard for Feminist Majority and marches in Washington for choice. I'm all for movies about teen sex. I make movies about teens. And sex. But I am 200% against movies about how girls are silly and need protection from themselves and have no idea about anything. I do not like hysteria pretending to be good parenting. And I really hate those fracking ads at The Americana with the girls doing a THE CRAFT Lite sexy stare. I hate this movie, Lifetime, and I haven't seen it. I want my Mannequin remake and I want John Hughes back. Sincerely, Me.
