I know, I know, Smallville hasn't been kicking much ass these last two seasons but I'm holding out hope that with the February 5th launch of the Geoff Johns penned "movie" Absolute Justice things will get better. In this round Clark (seen below in his God Awful 90s C&C Music Factory throwback uniform) joins forces with Hawkman, Dr. Fate and Stargirl from The Justice Society Of America (JSA) to battle the ever growing power of Zod.
Granted the poster below is kind of lame, and looks more like a WWE Pay-Per-View Flyer but hey, it is the JSA so show a little respect. The other thing that gives me hope is that the trailer for this looks pretty rad, Check it:
See, that makes me excited for the series to return after a way way too long hiatus. February 5th, 8pm is when it all goes down.
